Given a space that has been bounded if an individual takes a pixel and then moves the pixel through out the work to the end of the design, and as you complete each additional loop. You add another pixel and have them moved and hashed throughout the whole of the bounded area and you keep on adding pixels you will create all pictures that have ever been or will ever be.
